The Dream Specialist Role: Crafting Luxury Experiences
As a Dream Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of luxury travel planning, working directly with clients to create tailor-made travel experiences. This is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to turn your passion for travel into a rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients for luxury travel experiences
- Cultivate relationships with high-end clientele
- Design and sell bespoke luxury travel packages
- Utilize supplier portals to find exclusive deals and opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process
- Sell travel insurance to protect clients’ investments
- Stay updated on luxury travel trends and destinations
The Ideal Dream Specialist: Skills and Qualifications
We’re looking for motivated sales professionals who are:
- Passionate about luxury travel and providing exceptional customer experiences
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communicators with strong persuasive skills
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experienced in sales, preferably in the luxury travel industry (though all sales backgrounds will be considered)
- Familiar with CRM systems (helpful, but not required)

Rewarding Commission Structure
At Utopian Adventures, we believe in rewarding success. Our tiered commission structure allows you to earn more as you grow:
- 70/30 split for the first $20,000 of commission earned
- 80/20 split for $20,001 through $150,000 earned
- 85/15 split for everything beyond $150,000 earned
- Additional incentives provided for unique sales opportunities
Training and Support
We’re committed to your success. As a Dream Specialist, you’ll receive:
- Comprehensive initial training on luxury travel types, ethical selling, and marketing strategies
- Ongoing mentorship and support from experienced professionals
- Access to our cutting-edge CRM and supplier portals
- Regular updates on industry trends and new luxury travel opportunities
Getting Started
To help you launch your Dream Specialist career, we offer:
- Company-paid monthly fee for the first 90 days, covering overhead, company email, CRM access, and E&O insurance
- After 90 days, a small $35/month fee applies to maintain these essential tools and coverage and includes access to continuing education
